One on One

I am, Renata, a Pharm D here to help you through your health. This one on one will help us dive into your disease and medication to see how we can reduce or eliminate them. We also dive into the mental, emotional and spiritual side of your health to see if any stress or trauma may be exacerbating disease and how we can tackle that. I do not diagnose I do help guide you through your options. I am also here to help you advocate for yourself in healthcare and point you in the right direction to get you the best help you may need. This includes the one on one and treatment plan to follow.  Along with this you will get a follow up to see how supplements and herbs interact with your body and effectiveness. We will make sure you are properly adjusting to your new regimen as well asana questions you have this is about a 6 month process
